Pingmin General Hospital
Pingmin General Hospital, as the core hospital for treating mining-related trauma in western Jiangxi region, handles over 800 orthopedic surgeries related to mining each year (accounting for 67% of the total orthopedic surgeries), among which spinal fractures and comminuted fractures of the lower limbs account for 53%. The original equipment has two major drawbacks: ① The interface between the traditional operating table and the traction frame is incompatible, requiring manual adjustment of the traction angle (with an error of ±3°), which affects the accuracy of fracture reduction; ② The traction frame has insufficient load-bearing capacity (≤200kg), and cannot meet the traction needs of obese patients in mines (BMI > 30). ① The traction arm can be folded, which is suitable for "multiple-site injuries" often accompanying trauma patients in mines (such as simultaneous spinal + lower limb fractures), avoiding the traction frame blocking the surgical field; ② The traction pad is made of anti-slip and antibacterial material, which can fix the patient's limbs (such as the ankle joint, femur), preventing traction displacement caused by the patient's restlessness during the operation. If maintenance is required, please include the operating table and traction frame in the "synchronized maintenance list", and conduct a联动precision calibration once every quarter (such as checking the synchronization error between the traction angle and the surgical table position), to avoid cumulative deviations caused by long-term use; the traction frame sensor is calibrated every 6 months to ensure the accuracy of force line monitoring.
